It is worth mentioning that the Libyan Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation has signed a cooperation protocol with the Egyptian Worker’ Industrial Complex to train Libyan youth in the latest industrial training programmes, especially since the complex has 16 years of experience in the industrial labour market and in managing and operating factories. Engineer Haitham Hussein, head of the Egyptian Workers’ Complex system, participated with a high-level delegation in the first scientific conference on small and medium enterprises, during which he presented recommendations and programmes that contribute to the exchange of experiences between the Egyptian and Libyan sides, emphasising support for the ministry’s vision through its distinguished participation in the development and reconstruction project of Omar Al-Mukhtar City.
